Operator of Passenger Vessels (OPV): This license allows you to operate a passenger vessel with more than six passengers Master of Passenger Vessels (MPV): This license allows you to operate a passenger vessel with more than 150 passengers. Master of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (UPV): This license allows you to operate an uninspected passenger vessel with more than 150 passengers. Operator of Uninspected Towing Vessels (OUPV): This license allows you to operate an uninspected towing vessel with more than 600 horsepower. Master of Uninspected Towing Vessels (MOUPV): This license allows you to operate an uninspected towing vessel with more than 1,600 horsepower.
